Il Calcare is the product of the precious white soils of our estates, where Sauvignon Blanc finds its most complex and fascinating expression. The grapes, selected and harvested at full ripeness in the second half of September, yield a wine that is a pure synthesis of the terroir. Aged in steel tanks to preserve its aromatic integrity, it seduces with its perfect balance between vibrant freshness and enveloping softness.

The Sensory Experience

Appearance: It has a bright straw yellow color, embellished with brilliant golden reflections.
On the Nose: An elegant and multifaceted aromatic profile. The exuberance of tropical fruit—with pineapple and passion fruit in evidence—precedes the classic and refined varietal notes of peach and citrus.
On the palate: Dry and very harmonious. On the palate, it reveals a perfect harmony with the nose, unfolding into a balanced and long-lasting finish.
