A complete journey through the secrets of our cellar and the flavours of the area.
The Superior Tasting begins with a guided tour of the barrels, the aromas of the must, and the stories that inhabit our walls. At the end, a generous platter of local products : cheeses, cured meats, pickles, bread, and our own extra virgin olive oil, accompany a selection of four glasses of our finest wines .
An authentic, profound, and engaging experience for those who want not only to taste, but to understand and feel.
